Lotion - Pull off cap, twist open the applicator, and squeeze to dispense lotion. Smooth lotion over skin with the applicator and massage until fully absorbed. Reapply as needed and twist the applicator closed when finished.
Strip - Place one strip on tongue and let dissolve. Do not exceed one strip per day.
I originally bought this because I've been trying to be more intentional about winding down before bed, and I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do. The lotion is probably my favorite part because I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and the built-in massager makes it really easy to use. The scent is subtle and relaxing without being too strong. I also like that the strips dissolve on your tongue instead of being another gummy or pill to take at night. I've noticed that I feel more relaxed before bed and wake up feeling more rested in the morning. Overall, it's been a really nice addition to my evenings.

Wish the lotions had a lovely relaxing scent
Slightly disappointed in the lotion. It has an off putting chemical smell. I would find it much more relaxing if it had a lavender or calming night time scent.
