How to Use
Lotion - Pull off cap, twist open the applicator, and squeeze to dispense lotion. Smooth lotion over skin with the applicator and massage until fully absorbed. Reapply as needed and twist the applicator closed when finished.
Strip - Place one strip on tongue and let dissolve. Take trips as needed.
I am classically bad at sleeping. My brain has a really hard time shutting down for the night, and sometimes I can feel my anxiety in my joints.
I have tried everything from Trazodone to "the red eye special" (2 benadryl and a glass of red wine), and nothing really gets me meaningful rest.
Enter these products:
- The dissolvable magnesium strip: Do not take this if you're about to drive or are trying to relax so you can concentrate on studying. I am usually asleep so fast after I eat one of these! Again, that's super difficult for me! And it lasts through most of the night, with zero morning-after effects.
- The magnesium lotion: I love this stuff. It relaxes those pesky joints, the aromatherapy is lovely, and I don't have a scientific study, but gently rubbing it onto your tummy helps me get rid of any bloating.
I'm on my second set and will continue to buy them.
Only 2 minor downfalls:
1) Can these only be bought as a set? It'd be nice to be able to buy extra strips for a trip or something, without stockpiling the lotion.
2) I love the metal/massage applicator on the lotion, but it felt pretty wasteful to dispose of the whole thing when the time came. Is there any thought of having just a refill version? Think like Dawn Power Spray - You just put the metal tip onto the new tube.

It works
I honestly didn’t think it would work. But it really does.
I gave both items a five because it does the trick.
But if there were two things I would change, it would be the scent. While the scent is nice the let down is just ok. Lasting power for the scent is needed.
And the dispenser on the cream is plastic.
All in all, amazing products I have highly recommended this to anyone I can tell. And that’s alt of people.
