i brought this at target thinking it will work , it was absolutely sticky, i have washed it off about 5 times with soap its still sticky, wax shouldn’t feel this sticky after , you packed it with a after cloth but that stuck too and left me horrible residue, no one should go through that much sticky and that much stress to get the after off horrible product.
FFlamingo2 days agoWe're so sorry to hear about your disappointing first wax! There can definitely be a learning curve to using our soft gel wax. When you apply the strip, it's important to really massage the strip into your skin with your thumb (so the hairs fully embed in the wax). This helps ensure you remove the hair from the root rather than the hair breaking at the follicle. Pull the skin taut at the base of the strip with your non-dominant hand. Then pull the strip quickly and close to skin. Post wax residue is totally normal and, in addition to the Post Wax Cloths, you can use any sort of oil-based product (or even coconut oil) on a cotton pad or cotton swab to remove excess wax. This is my favorite waxing product. More convenient than a salon. Easy to use. I can carry it with me on vacation and with a quick press between my hands to warm it up, I can have hair free legs.

I've used cold wax, pot wax, wax strips, and sugaring. They've all given ok results, but usually lifted skin and given me pimples.
This wax is a step up. It is effective and more gentle. I did not have any breakouts or skin lifting. It isn't perfect but it is the best I've found.

I found these ready to use strips at target. All the bad reviews probably don't know how to wax. I used to do the microwave wax and this is so much faster. I just wish it came with more of the cleansing wipes.
