How do I join The Flock rewards program?
 

Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards. A separate rewards account is not required to participate in The Flock. The Flock is part of your Flamingo account. Becoming a member is does not require making a purchase and signing up is free!

By participating in the The Flock Rewards program, you agree to our Terms of Service.

How can I earn points?
 

Once you're a member and have an account you'll earn 2 points for every $1 you spend on shopflamingo.com automatically. This includes any of your subscription refill orders too! And don't worry if you forget to sign in when you order, we've got you as long as you use the email address associated with your account!

How do I redeem my points?
 

Sign in at the top of this page and scroll to the Ways to Redeem section. Click the Redeem Reward button to convert your points to a Rewards discount code that can be applied to your next order (including an upcoming subscription refill)!>

Points must be converted to Rewards in increments of 100. If the value of a Reward being applied to an order is greater than the subtotal of the order, no remaining Reward balance is returned to the account.

Where can I see my points balance?
 
Once you sign in, you can see your points balance on this page. You can also view your balance on your account page.
Do my points expire?
 
Points will expire after 12 months of no account activity. Both earning points and converting points to rewards are considered account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
 
Rewards do not expire after they've been activated in your account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
 
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
 
On your birthday! The only scenario where birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 1 day from when you entered it into your account from the 'Celebrate Your Birthday' card in the Ways to Earn section.
I forgot to use my Reward at checkout, can you help me apply it to an order?
 
Unfortunately points and Rewards cannot be redeemed or applied retroactively after a purchase has already been made.
